CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice

Are you organised, proactive, and eager to start a career in HR? Join our newly established HR team as an HR Administrator Apprentice and gain hands-on experience while earning your CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice, fully funded as part of this role.

You’ll support the HR team with a variety of tasks, including:

Coordinating recruitment processes, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activities.
Maintaining accurate HR and payroll records.
Assisting with training bookings and post-learning activities.
Producing documents for formal meetings and updating HR systems.
Acting as the first point of contact for HR and payroll queries.

We don’t expect you to have experience in HR—this apprenticeship focuses on your potential. If you are:

To be eligible for the Apprenticeship you must not already hold an HR qualification and must have level 2 Maths and English.
